Easy things you can do to energize your life.
It is proven that people are becoming more productive, and engaged in more activities than ever. It is a necessity given how competitive and process oriented the workplace has become, and also, with the obligations at home, which results in less time to recoup the energy spent. To survive a typical day, you have to have the energy to overcome, its challenges.Many has resulted to energy drinks, tea, red bull, coffee looking for a bust, but these are not solutions, they are like a Tylenol, a drug stimulates you, but still you are not resting inadequately nor providing the body with the tools it needs to maximize the efficiency of resting.
But where do I start?
The water you drink.
Drinking quality Water, plentiful. We all know that over 65% of our body is water, and the brain is approximately 90% water. But we all overlook that the water is the sole element responsible of cleansing our whole organism. Just make sure it is water with ionized or with balanced PH as water is also an electrical catalytic, as the body is also an electrical circuit, and requires balanced flow of electrodes.
what you EAT.
Diet. Food is a source of energy, but not all foods are equals. There are foods that are light on the digestive system, others are difficult to digest. the foods that are light are the ones you want to base your diet on.
Basically, you want to avoid do the following:
- Complex grease, such as animal fat.
- Excess of animal protein.
- Increase intake of Green vegetables.
- Increase Intake of fibers, this will regulate your digstive system.
- Notice the direct relationship between digestive system and energy.
- Chlorophyl
- Excersicing
- Sleeping in no order.
Chlorophyll is one miraculous substance; with the solar energy it fuels the conversion of Oxygen/Co2 within the plants. Responsible for life. But not only that, wherever there is chlorophyll in abundance, then you have an antioxidant.
Exercising.
Living a passive life, degrades the metabolism. It also, contributes to gaining weight. Whenever you can keep your metabolism in good shape, and maintain your weight, you should also be able to maintain a high level of Energy. If you don’t have the time to go to a gym every day, be creative, take a walk, play with your pet, play with your children, find ways to keep your muscles busy.
Resting.
Nowadays it is not about how many hours, but quality sleep. There are a few things you can do to ensure you get the best quality sleep. Do not eat heavy stuff before going to bed: Have a dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed. Drink water, consume fiber. Try to do an activity you really enjoy, meditate, yoga, or take a hot shower, when you relax your mind/body, you get the best results out of the time you sleep.
